A logger that keeps up
Big tap targets, last time's numbers on every row and a target that explains itself. Plate maths, warm-ups and supersets are built in.
Programs, a fast set logger and food tracking in one app. No ads, no tracking, free to use.
Works offline No account needed Apple Watch and Health
One app for the whole thing. Plan the training, log the sets, eat to match. Free to use, no ads, no data trail.
Pick a starting point and Platesmith handles the maths: what to lift, what to eat and when to push.
Answer a few questions and get a plan that fits your days, your kit and your experience. Or build your own.
Last time's numbers sit next to every set. Tick it off and the rest timer starts on your Lock Screen.
Calorie and protein targets that follow your goal. Scan a barcode, search, or follow a ready meal plan.
Personal bests, trends and weekly check-ins show what is working, and the program adjusts as you go.
The tools serious lifters use, laid out so a beginner never feels lost.
Big tap targets, last time's numbers on every row and a target that explains itself. Plate maths, warm-ups and supersets are built in.
131 ready-made plans, all free, from your first month to block periodisation, with progression that moves the weight for you.
Daily weigh-ins smoothed into a trend line, with strength, volume and measurements beside it.
Targets set from your goal, then a plan to hit them: high protein, vegetarian, or simple and cheap.
Point the camera at a barcode. Foods are matched on your phone first, and only the barcode is ever looked up.
On the Lock Screen, in the Dynamic Island and on Apple Watch, so the phone can stay in your pocket.
Small daily habits, a weekly check-in and private progress photos that never leave your phone.
Import years of training from another app on day one, and take everything with you whenever you like.
Finished workouts and bodyweight go to Apple Health. Steps, sleep and heart rate can show beside your training, and stay on your iPhone.
Real screens from the app, with ten weeks of training logged. Switch the site between light and dark to see both looks.
Platesmith is run by one independent developer on a server we own. There is nothing to sell, so we don't collect it.
Use it fully offline. Without an account, nothing you log ever reaches us.
Not in the app and not on this website. Your data is never sold.
Anything read from Apple Health is never uploaded, synced, backed up or exported.
With an account, your log syncs to a server we run on Cloudflare, not an ad-funded cloud database.
Export everything, or delete your account and its data from Settings in two taps.
If your coach uses Platesmith Coaching, enter the code they give you in Settings. They can update your program and targets, and you get a note saying what changed. They see your workouts, food and check-ins; Apple Health data, habits and photos are never shared, and you can unlink at any time.
